Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 ounces Neufchatel cheese; Softened
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh cilantro
2 teaspoons Fresh lime juice
1 Serrano pepper; Seeded and chopped
24 Bite-sized round tortilla chips
½ cup Shredded lettuce
24 smalls Shrimp cooked; shelled & deveined -or-
½ cup Chopped crabmeat or imitation crabmeat
¼ cup Finely chopped red bell pepper

Directions

1. In small bowl, combine cream cheese, cilantro, lime juice and chile; blend well.

2. Spread about ½ teaspoon cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla chop.

Top each with lettuce, shrimp and bell pepper.
