Miniature potato calzone

4 | Salad onions; thinly sliced | |
2 | slices | Ham |
75 | grams | Fontina |
250 | grams | Cold mashed potatoes |
4 | tablespoons | Milk |
1 | tablespoon | Wholegrain mustard |
Salt and pepper | ||

Directions
Preheat oven to 200c/Gas 6.
1 Twist open the tube and remove the dough. Separate the dough in half, then using floured hands, pat each piece out into a 10cm/4" round.
2 Roughly dice the ham and fontina. Stir into mashed potatoes with half the milk, salad onions and mustard. Season to taste.
3 Divide the mixture between the circles of bread dough and fold over, pressing the edges together to enclose the filling.
4 Brush with the remaining milk, place on a baking sheet and cook for 12-15 minutes until the dough is golden brown and cooked through. Serve hot.
