Mint chocolate chip muffins

Ingredients

2⅓ cup All-purpose flour
cup Sugar
cup Unsweetened cocoa
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
½ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Dairy sour cream
cup Butter or margarine, melted
2 Eggs, beaten
¼ cup Milk
1 cup Mint flavored semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease 12 (31/2-inch_ large muffin cups.

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Combine sour cream, butter, eggs, and milk in small bowl until blended; stir into flour mixture just until moistened. Fold in mint chips.

Spoon into prepared muffin cups, filling ½ full.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool in pans on wire rack 5 minutes. Remove from pans. Makes 12 jumbo muffins.
