Mock raspberry jam

Quantity Ingredient
5 cups Green tomatoes
4 cups Sugar
6 ounces Raspberry jello (2 pkgs)

Directions

In blender or processor, process green tomatoes; add sugar. Boil 20 minutes. Skim. Add jello, stir. Pour into sterilized jars. It must be kept in the refrigerator! Can also be frozen.
