Light raspberry cherry jam

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Light fruit pectin crystals
cup Crushed raspberries
cup Pitted sour cherries

Directions

In small bowl, mix pectin crystals with ¼ cup of the sugar. In 16 cup microwaveable bowl, combine raspberries, cherries and pectin mixture. Microwave, uncovered, on High, for 5-8 minutes, or until a full rolling boil, stirring once. Stir in remaining sugar and microwave, uncovered, on High for 4-6 minutes, or until returned to full rolling boil, stirring twice. Microwave on High for another minute. Fill, seal and store jars in fridge for up to one month.
