Molasses squares

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Sugar
⅓ cup Butter or butter substitute
⅓ cup Molasses
⅓ cup Water
Few grains salt

Directions

Combine ingredients and boil to soft crack stage (275 ~ 280 F). Pour into well-buttered, shallow pan. Cut in squares when nearly cold.
