Mom's sweet roll dough

2½ | cup | Water, 125* |
1 | cup | Dry milk powder |
½ | cup | Margarine |
1 | tablespoon | Salt |
½ | cup | Sugar |
2 | mediums | Eggs |
6 | cups | Flour, to 7 cups |
Directions

Put hot water, 125 degrees approx in mixer bowl. Add milk powder and remaining ingredients except flour. Add 6 cups flour.
Start mixer on low with dough hooks til ingredients are blended.
Turn up to 2 and knead 3 minutes Add flour only as needed to make soft dough. Turn out dough on floured surface; knead til smooth and elastic.
Place in greased bowl, turning to grease all sides; cover with plastic wrap and a towel. Let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes or til doubled in bulk. Punch down With greased hands, Divide dough into two batches and follow instructions for cinnamon or sticky buns.
Cover with plastic wrap and a towel; let rise for 1 hour or til doubled in bulk.
