1 | tablespoon | (corn starch dissolved in water) |
Directions
Season pork as desired, bake, pan fry or slow roast. Save drippings. In skillet heat olive oil, add vegetables, and saute to desired doneness.
Place rice on serving plate. Add cooked vegetables in same skillet, add pork drippings, roasted garlic and diced tomato. Deglaze pan with Marsala wine (warning - will flame!) Add fresh chopped basil then slurry to thicken. Pour sauce around rim of plate.
