15 | Thai dragon peppers (chopped)
1 | pounds | Bulk hot sausage |
1 | Jar (16 oz) chunky marinara sauce
1 | medium | Onion (diced) |
4 | ounces | Grated mozzarella cheese |
Directions
since i had the original post i guess i should give the answer... i don't usually like long recipes with a ton of ingredients so for all you people like me here is an extremely easy way to make a great meal...
pour ⅔ of maranara sauce into bottom of glass or pyrex dish. slit peppers down one side only and remove seeds. stuff each pepper graciously with the sausage and place in dish. cover with remainder of marinara, diced onion, and chopped thai's. place in 350 degree oven for about an hour and a half or however long you feel safe cooking hot sausage. the 1½ hour seems to always work. remove from oven and cover in grated mozzarella.
