1 Garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon Grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup Applesauce
1 teaspoon Dried sage
1 pounds Ground turkey
½ teaspoon Salt
2 cups Cooked brown rice
½ teaspoon Black pepper
2 tablespoons Ketchup
8 Hamburger buns

Directions
