Mushroom and bacon pizza

6 slices Bacon; crisp, drain --
Crumble
2 tablespoons Drippings
1 pounds Mushrooms -- slice thin
¼ cup Shallots -- minced
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Rosemary -- crushed
½ teaspoon Pepper
cup Fontina cheese;shred --
Divide
1 12\" pizza crust
1 Plum tomato -- diced

Directions

Preheat oven to 450~. Add mushrooms, shallots, salt, rosemary and pepper to drippings in skillet; cook until liquid is evaporated.

Sprinkle ¾ c cheese over crust; top with mushroom mixture, bacon, ¾ c cheese and tomato. Bake 10 minutes. Per Slice 305 Cal, 15 Gr Fat.
