4.00 | tablespoon | dry sherry |
2.00 | tablespoon | finely-chopped shallots |
2.00 | tablespoon | finely-chopped garlic |
2.00 | tablespoon | fresh lemon juice |
1.00 | teaspoon | salt |
1 | freshly-ground black pepper |
Directions
Heat ¼ cup oil in a medium skillet and saute mushrooms 3 minutes.
Transfer mixture to food processor and add egg (if using). Process 30 seconds and add remaining ingredients and 3 turns pepper. Process 15 seconds and with machine running, add remaining oil until thoroughly blended.
