My favorite marinade!!!

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Soy sauce
½ cup Water
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
2 tablespoons Salad oil
¼ teaspoon Liquid hot sauce; (or to taste,I have also used chopped hot peppers)
1 Clove garlic; crushed
¼ teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

combine ingredients. Use to marinate beef,pork or chicken before grilling.

I usually let the meat marinade for approximately 24 to 30 hours in the refrigerator in a plastic(tupperware)container tightly closed. This is an excellent marinade,got it off the back of a soy sauce bottle.
