¼ | cup | Water |
½ | cup | Vinegar -- white |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | cup | Cucumber; peeled -- thin |

½ | teaspoon | Pepper, cayenne -- powder |
Directions
In a medium saucepan combine vinegars, water, salt, sugar and boil over high heat. Let cool. Pour sauce over cucumber before service.
Garnish with cayenne powder. Serve with satay.
