Nasi ayam (chicken fried rice)

1 large Bowl boiled rice
6 ounces Chicken
2 Stalks spring onion
1 Clove garlic; up to 2
1 Chilli
3 tablespoons Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Oil

Directions

Slice the chicken into bite sized pieces. Chop the garlic, pound the chilli, slice the spring onions and cut into cubes.

Heat the oil, add the garlic and the chicken. Add the rice and fry for 3 minutes. Add the soy sauce, spring onion and chilli. Mix and toss well.

Serve hot.
