New england cranberry maple walnut sundaes

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Pure maple syrup
½ cup Dried cranberries; chopped
cup Walnuts; toasted lightly and
; chopped
1 pint Super-premium vanilla or coffee ice cream

Directions

In a saucepan, simmer maple syrup 5 minutes and stir in cranberries and walnuts. Remove pan from heat and let sauce cool. Scoop ice cream into 4 sundae dishes and spoon sauce over it.

Serves 4.
