Ingredients

16 ounces Crabmeat, drained and flaked
2 cups Breadcrumbs, soft, divided
½ cup Celery, chopped
2 tablespoons Green pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons Parsley, fresh, chopped
2 tablespoons Chives, chopped
½ teaspoon Salt
2 eaches Eggs, hard cooked, chopped
½ cup Mayonnaise
teaspoon Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Prepared mustard
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon Hot sauce
1 each Egg, beaten
2 tablespoons Butter, melted

Directions

Combine crab, 1 cup breadcrumbs and remaining ingredients except butter. Spoon into lightly greased 2 qt baking dish. Combine butter and 1 cup breadcrumbs and sprinkle on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Formatted by Mary Dishongh Bowles.
