New west chicken salad

Quantity Ingredient
¾ cup Lowfat mayonnaise
½ teaspoon Ground ginger -- optional
½ teaspoon Salt
3 cups Cubed cooked chicken
cup Red seedless grapes
1 cup Sliced celery
cup Sliced green onions
½ cup Broken walnuts or pecans

Directions

In a large bowl combine first 3 ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; chill. Makes 5½ cups.
