1 | teaspoon | Chopped ginger; (5 g) |
1 | teaspoon | Chopped garlic; (5 g) |
1 | teaspoon | Green chilli; (5 g) |
1 | Onion; chopped (50 g) | |
½ | teaspoon | Garam masala powder; (2 g) |
Salt to taste | ||
½ | teaspoon | Turmeric powder; (2 g) |
½ | teaspoon | Chilli powder; (2 g) |
3 | Bread slices | |
1 | Egg; hard boiled and | |

Directions
Heat a little butter in a pan. Add ginger, garlic, chopped green chilli and chopped onion and fry well. Add the mutton mince, salt to taste, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder and brown well. Cook till the mince is done and dry. Pre heat a sandwich toaster and grease the grill plates with a little melted butter.
Butter both sides of all three slices of bread and place on top of each other to make a double decker sandwich. Put the prepared mutton mince evenly between the slices and sprinkle grated hard boiled egg over the mutton mince.
Close the sandwich toaster and grill till the sandwich is golden brown.
Serve hot with mint chutney.
