½ teaspoon Garlic powder
¼ teaspoon Thyme leaves
¼ teaspoon Onion powder
¼ teaspoon Paprika
teaspoon Celery seed
¼ teaspoon White pepper
¼ teaspoon Dry mustard
¼ teaspoon Dried lemon peel
¼ teaspoon Ground black pepper EALTHY HEART CHICKEN:
2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 Boned, skinned chicken breasts
1 teaspoon No salt mix
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Snipped parsley Cooked Rice or pasta

Directions

SEASONED SALT:

Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.

HEALTHY HEART CHICKEN:

Cut chicken breasts in half. Season and saute in oil over medium high heat about 4 minutes per side. Stir in th elemon jiuce, scraping up any brown bits. Add parsley and serve over rice or pasta.
