1 | pack | Yeast |
3 | tablespoons | Sugar |
3 | Eggs -- well-beaten | |
¼ | cup | Margarine -- melted |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
4½ | cup | Flour |
Directions
Warm milk and add yeast and sugar. Let stand a few mins to proof.
Stir in eggs, margarine, salt, and flour. Let rise, shape into buns and let rise again. Bake at 375 F for 18 to 20 mins. Makes 30 rolls.
