Nut cake

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 Egg yolks
20 tablespoons Ground nuts
8 tablespoons Sugar
Juice of 1 orange+some
Grated -- lemon zest
Raisins
1 Full tsp.
Dry yeast

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks and add them carefully to the mixture. Bake as any cake in a floured, oily pan.
