Old-fashioned lemon ice cream

¼ | cup | Fresh lemon juice |
1 | cup | Sugar |
4 | ounces | Egg beaters or egg substitut |
2½ | cup | Half-and-half |
1 | dash | Salt |
Directions

Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to freeze. Pour into the ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer's instructions for freezing.
Suggested garnishes: Mint leaves and/or raspberries.
