Eat it straight from the foil container if your' roughing it, or spoon | ||
Over vanilla ice cream for a more elegant presentation. | ||
2 | eaches | Ripe, firm bananas |
1 | cup | Mini marshmallows |
½ | cup | Canned pineapple cubes |
½ | cup | Chocolate chips |
½ | cup | Pineapple juice (from can of pineapple) |
Directions
Cut bananas into ¼ inch thick slices. Divide bananas, marshmallows, pineapple and chocolate chips among four 12 inch squares double thickness foil. Shape foil to make cups but do not enclose ingredients completely. Add pineapple juice. Place on barbcue grill.
Grill over medium heat 15 minutes or until marshmallows begin to brown and chocolate chips have melted. Serve at once. Per serving: 224 calories, 8 g fat, moderate fibre.
