Oprah's mock caesar salad (lacto)

Quantity Ingredient
2 Garlic cloves; minced
¼ cup Lemon juice
¼ cup Low-sodium soy sauce
Fresh cracked black pepper
3 cups Romaine lettuce; torn
3 cups Endive; torn
1 large Tomato; chunked
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese

Directions

Mix garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce and pepper for the dressing. Toss with lettuces and tomatoes.
