Orange mandarin cake

1 | Box Duncan Hines Butter Cake mix | |
4 | Eggs | |
1 | cup | Cooking oil |
1 | can | Mandarin oranges |
1 | can | (large) crushed pineapple |
1 | carton | Cool whip |
1 | Box (large) instant vanilla pudding mix |
Directions
ICING
To the cake mix, add eggs, oil and oranges; mix thoroughly. Bake at 325 degrees until done, about 30 minutes. Makes 2 nine inch layers. Slice layers in half making 4 layers. To make icing: Mix all ingredients together well. Put between layers of the cake as a filling and on top of the cake.
