Oriental clam soup

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Chicken broth
2 cups Clam juice
2 cups Minced clams
1 small Onion, minced
2 tablespoons Minced parsley
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Sherry

Directions

Combine chicken broth and clam juice in large saucepan. Add clams and onion; bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add parsley, soy sauce, and sherry.
