Ingredients

2 pounds Stew meat
¼ cup Flour
¼ cup Oil
1 Clove minced garlic
½ cup Chili sauce
28 ounces Sliced stewed tomatoes
1 Large onion sliced &
Seperat
2 cups Celery-large pieces
4 Potatoes-cut in 1\" cubes
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 Salt & pepper as needed

Directions

Dredge meat in flour and saute in oil with garlic in a large dutch oven.

Add rest of the ingredients, stir well. Cook covered at 325* for 1½ hrs.
