Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 pounds Stew meat
¼ cup Flour
¼ cup Oil
1 each Clove minced garlic
½ cup Chili sauce
28 ounces Sliced stewed tomatoes
1 each Large onion sliced & seperat
2 cups Celery-large pieces
4 eaches Potatoes-cut in 1\" cubes
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 each Salt & pepper as needed

Directions

Dredge meat in flour and saute in oil with garlic in a large dutch oven. Add rest of the ingredients, stir well. Cook covered at 325* for 1½ hrs. Remove lid and bake 1 hr. more.
