Oven-baked herb potatoes

2 | mediums | Baking potatoes |
1 | tablespoon | Vegetable oil |
½ | teaspoon | Dried thyme |
½ | teaspoon | Dried oregano |
Directions
Slice the potatoes about ¼ inch thick. Brush the slices with the vegetable oil. Place in baking pan. Sprinkle with thyme and oregano. Bake in 400 F oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until tender.
