Overstuffed mushrooms

¾ pounds Mushrooms, medium to large
2 tablespoons Oil
1 large Garlic clove; minced
¼ cup Onion; chopped
½ cup Fresh bread crumbs
¼ cup Sunflower seed meal
1 tablespoon Parsley; chopped
1 tablespoon Wheat germ
½ teaspoon Oregano
¼ teaspoon Salt
Pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 deg. Remove stems from mushrooms and chop; set caps aside. Heat 1 tbs oil in skillet.

Add chopped mushroom stems, garlic and onion. Fry for 5 minutes or until dry. Add crumbs, seed meal, wheat germ and seasoning. Drizzle remaining oil over stuffed mushrooms.

Bake for 10 minutes.
