Directions
TO SERVE
TO GARNISH
Roll out the pastry into an oblong shape and brush with an egg. Mix the sugars together and add the cinnamon. Scatter the mixture over pastry. Fold pastry into middle and keep folding into middle until you get a roll. Wrap in cling-film and place on a baking tray. Chill in freezer for approx 1 hour until it hardens up.
Slice it through the cross-section and bake in oven at 180øC/350øF/gas mark 4 for 4-10 minutes until golden brown.
Chocolate Mousse: Fold the whipped cream into the melted chocolate and garnish with the strawberries.
