Pan-fried noodles with thai basil and flank steak

2 | Garlic cloves; chopped | |
1 | pounds | Fresh wide rice noodles |

2 | smalls | Minced Thai chiles; seeds removed |

Directions
Slice flank steak ¼-inch-thick across the grain. Marinate flank steak in soy sauce, fish sauce and garlic 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cut noodles into ½-inch-wide strips. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add green onions and marinated steak. Cook until steak is light brown, about 5 minutes. Add noodles and cook until noodles are slightly browned. Add chiles and cherry tomatoes, then cook until tomatoes start to release their juice. Add basil and cook until just wilted. Season to taste with sugar, fish sauce and Sriracha sauce. Yields 4 servings.
