Stir fried flank steak (tsao nyo ro)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Flank steak; sliced at angle against grain
3 tablespoons Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Sesame oil
1 tablespoon Corn starch
3 Cloves garlic; chopped into halves or thirds
3 Stalks green onions; cut in 2 inch slices
Vegetable oil

Directions

Mix flank steak slices with soy sauce, sesame oil and cornstarch in a bowl.

Set aside. Heat about 1 tbsp oil in frying pan. Add garlic and onions and stir fry for thirty seconds. Add meat and stir fry until browned. Serve.

Notes I like to serve this over stir fried broccoli. It's great with rice.
