Ingredients

½ cup PARMESAN CHEESE
¼ cup FLOUR
1 teaspoon PAPRIKA
½ teaspoon SALT
1 dash PEPPER
1 each EGG, SLIGHTLY BEATEN
1 tablespoon MILK
4 eaches CHICKEN BREASTS, CLEANED
¼ cup MARGARINE OR BUTTER

Directions

COMBINE CHEESE, FLOUR, PAPRIKA, SALT AND PEPPER. IN ANOTHER DISH COMBINE THE EGG AND MILK. DIP EACH CHICKEN PIECE IN THE MILK AND THEN IN THE CRUMB MIXTURE. PLACE IN A BAKING DISH AND POUR MARGARINE ALL OVER THE PIECES.

BAKE AT 350 DEG F FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR. IF DESIRED, SRINKLE ADDITIONAL CHEESE OVER THE CHICKEN PIECES BEFORE SERVING.
