Parmesan wonton chips^

18 Wonton wrappers
2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan

Directions

Cook half the wrappers at a time in a large pot of boiling water 1½ minutes. Carefully remove with a skimmer and put in a bowl of cold water.

Spray a cookie sheet with Pam. Arrange skins, side by side (still wet) and spray lightly with Pam. Sprinkle with cheese. Repeat with other half of skins.

Variation: Substitute Herbes de Provence for cheese.
