Party parsnips and carrots

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Each carrots and parsnips, peeled and cut into 3 x 1/4 x 1/4-inch sticks
1 teaspoon Olive oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degree F. Spread vegetable sticks in single layer on nonstick baking sheet. Sprinkle vegetables with olive oil. Toss until well coated.

Bake, tossing vegetables frequently, 1 to 1½ hours or until crisp and golden.

Yield: 6 serving
