Party parsnips and carrots

1 | pounds | Each carrots and parsnips, peeled and cut into 3 x 1/4 x 1/4-inch sticks |
1 | teaspoon | Olive oil |
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degree F. Spread vegetable sticks in single layer on nonstick baking sheet. Sprinkle vegetables with olive oil. Toss until well coated.
Bake, tossing vegetables frequently, 1 to 1½ hours or until crisp and golden.
Yield: 6 serving
