Pasta sauce with lemon and garlic

Ingredients

1 teaspoon Olive oil
2 Cloves garlic -- minced
½ cup Dry white wine
¼ cup Lemon juice
1 cup Tomatoes -- stewed
¼ cup Basil
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and add garlic until tender.

Remove from heat and pour wine. Return it to the heat. Cook another 1 to 2 minutes, until wine has been reduced by half. Stir in lemon juice and tomatoes, basil, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper. Serve over cooked pasta.
