Pasta with mascarpone sauce

17⅔ | ounce | Passata |
½ | cup | Mascarpone cheese |
2 | tablespoons | Chives |
Seasoning | ||
Fresh chives | ||
Parmesan cheese |
Directions
1. Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and cook the pasta according to instructions.
2. Meanwhile, place the passata and mascarpone in a small saucepan.
Heat gently for 5-6 minutes, stirring, until the cheese has melted and the sauce has warmed through. Season to taste and stir in the chives.
3. Drain the pasta well and toss with the sauce. Spoon into bowls and give each a good grinding of fresh black pepper. Garnish with chives
and serve with Parmesan.
