Peach of a pizza

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 can (10-oz.) Refrigerated pizza crust
2 cups Fresh peaches; divided
6 ounces Sliced provolone cheese
3 ounces Sliced Canadian bacon
½ cup Thinly sliced red onion
½ cup Chopped green pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease 12-inch pizza pan or 13-by-9-inch pan. Unroll pizza dough and press into pan. Top with 1 cup peaches, then cheese. Arrange Canadian bacon, onion, green pepper and remaining peaches. Bake on lowest rack for 20 to 25 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Serve hot. Makes 8 slices.
