Peaches in pinot noir

350 | millilitres | Pinot Noir |
2 | tablespoons | Warm runny honey |
Directions
Dip peaches in boiling water for a few seconds. Remove skins, half the peaches, remove stones and slice.
Put about a quarter of the wine in a bowl with the honey and whisk to dissolve, then add rest of the wine and sliced peaches.
Chill for at least 4 hours for the flavour to develop and serve as is.
