Peanut butter chocolate chunk pie

Ingredients

8 ounces Cream cheese; softened
½ cup Creamy peanut butter
cup Powdered sugar
½ teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Whipping cream
¾ Bar; (3oz) Sweet Dark
; Chocolate, chopped
1 9 inch prepared chocolate crumb crust
¼ Bar; (1oz) Sweet Dark
; Chocolate
Broken into 1 inch pieces

In small bowl of electric mixer, beat cream cheese and peanut butter on medium speed about 2 minutes or until light and fluffy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until well blended. Stir in chocolate pieces. In large bowl of electric mixer, beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold cream cheese mixture into whipped cream. Spoon into prepared crust.

Drizzle: Melt chocolate. Drizzle chocolate in parallel lines over filling.

Pull blunt knife vertically through chocolate to create decorative effect.
