Peanut butter muffins

| 4 | teaspoons | Baking powder |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | cup | Sugar |
| ¼ | cup | Peanut butter |
| 1 | Egg | |
| 1 | cup | Milk |
| 2 | tablespoons | Melted shortening |
Directions
Mix and sift dry ingredients. Work in peanut butter. Combine egg and milk and stir in flour. Add shortening and bake in well greased tins about 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 12-16-94
