Penny's beans - adapted

2 Cups

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Beans; cooked
½ Onion; diced
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
2 cloves Garlic; crushed
Lemon pepper
1 cup Brown rice; cooked
1 can Mushrooms
2 cups Vegetable stock
3 tablespoons Lemon juice

Directions

Saute onions in oil until clear with garlic, add mushrooms (undrained), broth, lemon juice, lemon pepper, and rice to beans.

Cook over low heat for about ½ hour.
