Pinto bean pie

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Pinto beans; mashed with a little liquid
1 can Coconut;
1 cup Pecans;
4 Eggs;
3 cups White sugar;
1 tablespoon Vanilla;
2 Sticks margarine; melted
3 Unbaked 9\" pie shells;

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie shells. Bake for 1 hour in a 300 degrees oven.
