Pepperoni salad stuffed pitas

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 cups Purchased mixed salad greens
1 cup Sliced fresh mushrooms
½ cup Turkey pepperoni; (34 slices)
cup Crumbled feta cheese; (1 1/2 oz)
6 Cherry tomatoes; quartered
½ medium Green bell pepper; cut in thin strips
1 can (2 1/4 oz) sliced ripe olives; drained
cup Fat-free Italian salad dressing
4 6\" onion flavored pita pocket breads; halved
8 sandwiches; 4 servings.

Directions

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except pita breads; mix well. Fill pita bread halves evenly with salad mixture.
