| 3 | Cinnamon sticks | |
| Dried peel of 1 orange | ||
| Handful of nutmeg | ||
| Handful of cloves | ||
| ½ | teaspoon | White sugar |
| small | Handful of lavender flowers | |
| small | Handful of wormwood or southern wood | |
Directions
1. Put the cinnamon sticks, cloves and nutmeg in a grinder. Add all the other ingredients and mix in a large bowl. Fill the linen sachet with the mixture and secure.
2. To make little spice bags simply put a small amount of mixture in centre of handkerchief and tie up. Decorate with ribbon.
