Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Fresh basil leaves -- firmly packed
¼ cup Oil
¼ cup Pine nuts
2 Cloves Garlic
¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a processor or blender, process until smooth.

Note: Pesto freezes well. Freeze in ice cube trays, then put the cubes in plastic freezer bags.
