¼ | cup | Pine Nuts; Or Walnuts; Toasted |
Salt And Pepper; To Taste | ||
3 | Cloves Garlic; Minced | |
¼ | cup | Grated Parmesan Cheese; Optional |
Water; As Needed |
Directions
*Basil, parsley, cilantro, mint, spinach or and combination of 2 or 3.
*Marjoram, oregano or tarragon; optional.
Process until smooth adding water 1 tablespoon at a time. If a chunkier pesto is desired, omit water.
Makes ¾ cup.
