Petra's hungarian goulasch+

Ingredients

2 | larges | Onions, sliced thinly |
1 | Red pepper, cut in 1 1/2\" chunks | |
1 | pounds | Veal or beef stew meat |
3 | tablespoons | Paprika |
Black pepper | ||
2 | cloves | Garlic, minced |
½ | pounds | Mushrooms, quartered |
½ | cup | Sour cream |
Water to cover |
Directions
Fry up onions and red pepper. Add stew meat and brown. Add paprika, pepper and garlic. Cover with water and add sour cream. Cook, covered, till meat is tender. add mushrooms and cook for 10 more minutes.
Serve wtih egg noodles or spaetzle.
